Because every piece from Smith Forge is hand-forged and unique, shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of each order.

Accepted Payment Methods

Smith Forge accepts payment through Square, Zelle, Cash App, and cash. Payment details will be provided once an order or custom piece has been confirmed.

Minimum Order for Shipping

Smith Forge only ships orders with a minimum purchase of $100. Orders under $100 must be picked up locally.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Because no two items are exactly the same, each order is carefully packed, weighed, and measured before shipping to determine the most accurate shipping price.

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will be provided with available shipping options and the final shipping cost before the item is sent.

Preferred Carrier

Smith Forge prefers to ship using UPS whenever possible. All shipments include tracking information so customers can monitor their delivery.

Processing Time

Since each piece is handcrafted, processing times may vary depending on the item and current workload. Customers will be notified when their order is ready to ship.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation.
